1. Warm holiday inspired drinks with friends on chilly days
2. Getting cozy in hoodies and blankets
3. Lots of Christmas decor in all the stores
Writing down 3 things your thankful for everyday for a week is proven to decrease depressive symptoms 6 months down the line.
What are you thankful for these days?
oh my god that doggie hoodie is to die for!!
ReplyDeleteOoo if it decreases depression then I'll definitely do it haha. I like your thankful things- especially the holiday drinks! Yummm. I'm thankful for: homemade cookies, delivered flowers to offices, and dainty necklaces :)

ReplyDeleteI think I love wrapping paper most of all. I always buy wayyyyy too much!
i am thankful for the ability to create, having a cosy place to live and no rain (at the moment)
ReplyDeleteHoliday drinks are the best! I just tried the praline mocha today in Starbucks and it was delicious. Christmas decorations are getting me all jazzed up, too! I think my third favorite thing is pumpkin in a can for pumpkin pie, of course!
ReplyDeleteEvery time I walk into any store and see their aisles and aisles of christmas goodness, my heart gets giddy!
